No Plan Fees during the Split phase. Low cap of $7500.00. All closings after the $7500.00 cap is reached will be calculated at the 100% Plan rate with No Monthly Office Fee until the expiration of the original term: $42.00 E&O Insurance and a $10.00 file review fee per closing. $300.00 Transaction Fee for teams per side shall apply after cap is reached. 5 years experience or Firm approved real estate closings required. $150.00 per month and $42.00 E&O Insurance per month applies for all new licensees.
